Regular Sweat happens when you are hot, and your body is trying to release the heat through your body’s sweat glands. These types of sweats are made up of water, salt and potassium, and sits on the skin. The body is then cooled when the moisture evaporates.
Stress Sweat on the other hand is caused by anxiety, sweat, or excitement, and is released from the apocrine glands. Stress sweat doesn’t evaporate as quickly and can really stink up a place as it makes love to the bacteria on your skin .
That explains why stress sweat lingers for so longer and stinks up the room.
I’ve learned that cutting back on caffeine certainly helps..but damn i miss that coffee-
